 Punkemon

Punkemon was started as a small project by Michele in the winter of 2002. It slowly built up, getting more support from the amazing Exeter scene (check the links page fro many of the bands who have supported us) I (Adam) helped her out, doing various little bits. At the time, this site was just a back-up for the print zine, a way of drumming up more support really.

Then, in the late summer of 2003, Michele left to concentrate on arty stuff, leaving me in charge. I got lazy and slept on it for a few months, and now, March 2004, started actually doing work again! Mr Scott, Emo Dean and David (not Dave) helped me out, and now you have this marvelous website here. The print zine is kinda on a back burner for a while, welcome to our new online home!!!

We are also going to be branching out quite a bit , mainly due to the varying tastes of our now 4 co-editors (we're a free society here, no leader, all 4 in equal charge!!) so despite the name, we may cover things you may not consider "punk". If you dont like that, sorry. We really appreciate feedback, so please use either the messageboard or guestbook to speak to us...have fun
